LIMITED WARRANTY
This product, its materials and workmanship are warranted for a period of two years from the date of purchase. It will be repaired or replaced if upon inspection by an authorized KRF technician it is found defective in material or assembly.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from the following: Accident, abuse, negligence, impact, repairs or alterations made outside of an authorized service KRF including improper mounting of wheels or other items.
This warranty is also subject to the following terms and conditions:

Purchasers’ Responsibilities
The purchaser should keep a copy of the original proof of purchase from the Dealer.
To proceed correctly, the damaged product must be taken, along with the original proof of purchase, to the Dealer where you bought the product before the expiration of the two year warranty period.

KRF’s Responsibilities
(1). The returned product will be inspected by a KRF service technician.
(2). If the problem is judged by KRF as a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced (with an identical or reasonably equivalent product)
(3). KRF will return the repaired or replacement product at our expense.
(4) But if it is determined that there is no defect or that the defect is caused by one of the exceptions set forth in the warranty, the cost of storage and return will be at customers expense and also the repair costs, if buyer is interested in it.
(5). The KRF warranty manager makes the final decision in relation to defects in materials and workmanship.

Limitations
(1). KRF limits any implied warranty to 2 years from the date of original purchase in store.
(2). This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
(3). KRF’s sole liability from this warranty is limited to repair and replace defective products.
KRF under no circumstances shall be held liable for death or personal injury, property damage or damage due to incidents, risks or costs resulting from product use.
(4). Replacement products under this warranty are warranted only for the remaining period of the original warranty.
